Reviewers, at least the professional ones, have always been older and more mature than me, thus making relating to their reviews much harder. As someone who’s angrier and quite a bit nerdier than the average joe, i have different opinions that are rarely voiced by other reviewers. So, I’ve decided to start writing my own so that other people like me have someone to relate to.

I won’t write a summary of the movie. I won’t provide detailed background information on the actors or directors or anyone else in the movie unless it’s worth mentioning. I won’t have any interesting tidbits of information either. I will write about whether or not you should watch the movie. If the movie is good, I will write why. If the movie is bad, I will write why. Simple as that.

Also, I do have the habit of shifting some of the review scores as new shows come out.  Sometimes a new show comes around that is slightly better than a previous show rated at 70% but deserves nothing higher than a 70%.  So I’ll shift the previous show down a couple of points to maintain balance.  Just look at the score summary page for all the scores.
